Following the reception, an optional group dinner is planned at Rita's on the River.
Friday morning begins with breakfast followed by a timely program of excellent medical and aviation presentations. Lunch is on your own before the afternoon planned activity/tour. Friday evening is free to enjoy the incredible and fun restaurants on the Riverwalk and downtown San Antonio.
Saturday morning breakfast is again followed by a stimulating program of presentations tailored to the medical and physician-pilot audience. Saturday afternoon is free to explore even more of San Antonio, depending on your interests.
It's Halloween in San Antonio, so don't forget your favorite Halloween costume for the Saturday evening reception and dinner party at the Menger Hotel.
Sunday morning is the time for individual departures at your leisure.
