Charleston SC hosts the FPA Winter Board Meeting -- open to all members! Come, participate, and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow physician-pilots and their family members.

FPA Guestroom rate: $189. + tax available until group block is filled or January 7.  Cancellation with full refund until 72 hours before arrival date.

AIRPORT: Charleston International Airport (KCHS), 11.5 miles, 18 minute drive, from the Mills House Hotel.

Fuel discount 50-cents per gallon. FBO fees waived. Pay airport security fee, $5. 

PARKING: Self-park, self-pay for cars is available in Charleston County Parking Garage, directly behind the Mills House. $20. a day. Valet parking $25. per day.  

MEETING SCHEDULE: Join everyone on Friday evening in the home of a local FPA member for cocktails and "plane talk". It's a great time to meet new members and catch up with old friends.

Saturday morning registration includes breakfast for everyone before the Board of Directors meeting begins. Open dialogue and discussions with members attending are encouraged. 

An elective Working Lunch-CME session is offered in the afternoon. This Leadership Session begins shortly after the close of the Board of Directors and is a separate registration. This is the opportunity for Chapter and National Association leaders to learn more about the processes involved and to share their experiences. This optional session is designed to benefit members interested in assuming leadership roles in their chapter as well as the national organization. 

Saturday evening is a group dinner (Dutch Treat) at "High Cotton". Departures on Sunday. 

Early hotel reservations are encouraged to avoid disappointment.
