Flying Physicians Association

A $250 aviation education scholarship is offered annually to a person who is working to obtain a private pilots license, or is pursuing a higher aviation rating. The Flying Physicians Association wishes to encourage aviation education and safety by offering this scholarship to a student pilot/pilot who may need financial assistance in order to achieve their aviation training goals.

The deadline is June 1st of each year.

To be eligible, one must meet the following requirements:

" Applicants must possess a student pilot certificate, or higher, with a current third-class medical certificate. " Applicants must have soloed. " Applicants must submit a brief letter expressing aviation situation and ambitions. " Applicants must submit application along with copy of student pilot/pilot certificate, medical certificate and copy of logbook.
