MEETING SCHEDULE: Join everyone on Friday evening for cocktails and "plane talk". It's a great time to meet new members and catch up with old friends.
Breakfast is included with the hotel reservation. Board of Directors meeting begins following breakfast. Open dialogue and discussions with members are encouraged.
An elective Working Lunch-CME session is offered in the afternoon. This Leadership Session begins shortly after the close of the Board of Directors and is a separate registration. This is the opportunity for Chapter and National Association leaders to learn more about the processes involved and to share their experiences. This optional session is designed to benefit chapter and national leadership as well as members interested in assuming leadership roles in their chapter as well as the national organization.
Saturday evening is a group dinner (Dutch Treat) at a local and well-known Historic District restaurant.
Departures on Sunday for either the group Fly-Out to Kennedy Space Center/Cape Canaveral (see details following) or your return home.
